How do I retain the services of Sweet Dreams for my event?
In order for hold your event date, Sweet Dreams requires a 25% non-refundable retainer for floral services and a $200.00 non-refundable retainer our cake services.
Does the non-refundable retainer fee apply to my balance?
Yes, the retainer will be reflected on your final balance.
When is my balance due?
The final order and balance are not due until three (3) weeks prior to your wedding date, and we are happy to make any revisions to your order up until that time.
How much will my cake cost?
The cost of your cake will be determined by the type of cake and finish you select, as well as by how many servings are needed. We encourage all clients to schedule a complimentary cake tasting in order to discuss the details of your event and build a customized estimate.
What areas do you service?
Sweet Dreams primarily serves the Central California region from the mountains to the central coast; however we are happy to travel to your special destination.
Does your delivery fee include set up?
Yes, all prices given by Sweet Dreams are inclusive of all services needed.
How much does a cake tasting cost?
Your first cake tasting at Sweet Dreams is always complimentary.
Do you offer Gluten/Soy Free options?
Yes, a selection of our cakes is available gluten/soy-free and are an additional 50% cost.
Are you a licensed and insured vendor?
Yes, Sweet Dreams is fully insured and also licensed by the State Health Department.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards except American Express.
Are you an LGBTQ friendly vendor?
Yes, Sweet Dreams is available for all of life’s celebrations.
Do you provide customary cakes, such as Croquembouche?
Yes, we offer a large selection of specialty desserts from occasion cakes to Tortes and Fruit Tarts. If you do not see an item on our menu, please don’t hesitate to ask for a quote.
